We are here to help you find your way to make your dreams about your space come true in a way that you have imagined it to be. This is what The Concept Inc is all about. The Concept Inc. is a venture based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. It was established in 2023 by an architect/designer who has an eye for aesthetics Ar. Devanshi Shah. It is a multi-disciplinary studio which aims to introduce new design concepts and bring to this world our unique perspective. At The Concept Inc, we consider great designs to be ceaseless. The concepts are inspired by our travels around the world, experiencing different cultures, meeting new people and listening to their stories. We believe in outstanding craftsmanship, elegant luxury and keeping it simple.

Our Vision and Mission

Space is not limited to residential design or commercial design.

The aspirations of the owner/owners, the way the sunlight enters, and the pricing of the store are all part of the space design. That is how far we go to achieve what is dreamt by others. By being told, tomorrow, the space will become someone’s episode.

Who we are

Ar. Devanshi Shah Is an Architect who founded The Concept Inc with the aim to bring a different set of outlook and perspective to the field of designing.

She pursued her Bachelors in Architecture degree from Anant National University, Ahmedabad in the year 2021 and has been making her way into the field ever since. Her constant ambition to travel across the globe has inspired her to make and design the space that plays to its maximum strengths.

The Process

Greetings

The very first step would be to introduce our company and briefly explain the flow and time period. Please tell us about your wishes, needs and requirements while we get to know about your choice of style.

Field survey

If the property has been decided, the person in charge will visit the site directly to check the tenant’s dimensions and equipment status. At this stage, please tell us about your rough budget, schedule, and desired space image.

03.

Proposal and Contract

Coming up with options for the customer to permute and commute from is the next step for proposing the layout. Based on the confirmed layout, we will provide detailed explanations mentioned in the Bill of Quantity (BOQ) along with the contract. It will take about a week from here to prepare for the start of construction.

04.

Construction

In order to consistently undertake everything from design to construction, we form a team consisting of construction managers and designers, and proceed with construction under strict checks regularly. In addition, before starting construction, we always discuss the layout drawing on the site and ask the customer to make a final check of the spaces.

05.

Display

The presence or absence of styling items makes a big difference in the impression of the space. If you can make a budget, we will propose and carry out display construction that matches the atmosphere of the space.

06.

Delivery/After maintenance

A final check is carried out, the product is handed over after confirming that there are no problems. We provide a 1-year warranty period after delivery. Even after the project is complete, we will continue to work with you as your partner for the long term.
